INGREDIENTS

Dr. Aaron Hinde is the co-founder of LIFEAID Beverage Co. and a licensed sports and wellness chiropractor. He spent years treating and giving nutritional advice to some of the top athletes throughout California prior to co-founding LIFEAID. He helped develop all of our products as a team effort with our beverage scientists and a bio-chemist based on the needs of each lifestyle our products are tailored for.

Yes. We use clean ingredients, and our labels clearly list what’s inside each product.

The single biggest challenge for the LIFEAID team was creating effective formulas using clean, high-quality supplements and nutrients that also taste great.

Many popular “zero-calorie” drinks rely on artificial sweeteners to achieve that claim. With growing awareness of the potential health risks of sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame, we never include them in any LIFEAID product.

Instead, we use natural, zero-calorie Stevia as part of our sweetener blend. Because Stevia alone can have a bitter taste, we combine it with raw organic blue agave, creating the perfect low-calorie, low-glycemic “sweet spot.” The agave also provides a gentle source of energy without causing the insulin spikes associated with sweeteners like high-fructose corn syrup.

Our regular blends contain 45 calories per can, while our ZERO line contains only 5 calories per can, offering a low-calorie option without compromising taste.

We know that the brain and body need carbohydrates to function properly, so the minimal carbs from the agave are a smart compromise to produce beverages that taste great and that you can feel good about drinking.

Yes! All of our products are gluten-free and suitable for individuals with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

Not all agave is equal in quality. The agave plant is mainly grown in the deserts of Mexico. Raw agave is minimally processed in temperatures that can be found in the climates where the agave is grown, between 115-120 degrees Fahrenheit (45-90°C). Other agave may be processed at a higher temperature and some agave may even be mixed with cheaper additives including high-fructose corn syrup. All the agave used in our products is of the highest quality and is certified raw and organic by the largest agave supplier in the world.

We don’t use artificial sweeteners in our blends. We sweeten our products naturally - using raw organic agave in our normal blends, or stevia in our zero-sugar options. Full details on the sweeteners we use are available on each product page. [hyperlink to Category FAQ]

Our blends are made with high-quality ingredients chosen to support an active lifestyle. Each formula is thoughtfully developed with a specific purpose in mind. Some of our blends contain caffeine, always from clean, naturally sourced green tea - no chemically processed sources. Our energy blends have about 105 mg per can, while RX Sour Grape and RX Zero Blue Raspberry have about 40 mg per can. Check the label to see exactly what you’re working with.

Our ready-to-drink blends do not carry allergen warnings. Our powdered products like hydration sticks and creatine come from a facility that handles milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
For all products, any allergens are clearly listed on the label, so we recommend checking the ingredients before use.

CONSUMPTION & STORAGE

Yes! Many people mix Recovery, Energy, RX, Hydrate, or Creatine throughout the day. Just be mindful of total caffeine and creatine intake, and check with a healthcare professional if you’re unsure.

Yes! Most of our products are gentle enough to enjoy on an empty stomach, but if you’re new to functional beverages or sensitive to caffeine, you may want to start with a smaller amount and see how your body responds.

We don’t recommend combining our functional blends with alcohol. FITAID products are designed to support performance, recovery, and hydration, and alcohol may counteract those benefits.

FITAID is designed as a functional beverage to support hydration, recovery, and energy. While it provides vitamins, minerals, and functional ingredients, it’s not a substitute for a balanced meal.

FITAID products are formulated for adults. If you’re considering giving them to children or teens, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional first.

You can usually combine our blends with other supplements, but everyone’s diet and supplement routine is unique. It’s always best to check with a trusted health professional.

Since all LIFEAID products contain natural ingredients and no preservatives, our blends do expire 18 months after the date of production. This date is printed on the bottom of each and every can, so you can always be certain you're drinking our products when they're fresh. None of our products need to be stored cold, but they do taste best when refrigerated and consumed ice-cold.

No! Just keep them in a pantry or cupboard. But they are best enjoyed ice-cold!

Store your blends in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. They taste best ice-cold, so you can pop them in the fridge before drinking.

Yes! Our zero-sugar products are low-calorie (5 cal per can) and generally won’t break a fast for weight loss. They support hydration and electrolytes without added sugar. For fasts targeting deeper metabolic benefits like autophagy, plain water, unsweetened tea, or black coffee are still the safest choice.

Many of our blends are keto- or paleo-compatible, especially our zero-sugar options. Check the product pages for extra details.

ORDERS

Our team strives to ship out orders within a 24-hour time window. However, since we are only able to process orders on business days, please allow up to 48 hours for our warehouse to prepare your package for shipment. You will receive an email with your Track&Trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. (Check your spam folder if it's been 48 hours since you placed your order.) Packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping.

We’re here to help! Please call us immediately at +31 850 478 078. Our team may be able to prevent the order from shipping. (Please note: once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our shipping warehouse, so there’s a chance it may ship before we can stop it.)

If you did not get a confirmation page at checkout, please visit your My Account page on our site. There you will be able to see any recently placed orders. If you are still unsure, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team - they are always happy to help!

You can always log into your My Account page to edit your shipping or billing address. If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot change the shipping address.

Add your products to the cart and enter your discount code, if you have one. Then proceed to checkout and complete your payment. Once the payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. After that, all you need to do is wait for your order to arrive. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with a tracking link.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

You can find your tracking number in your My Account page on our website. We also send it to the email address you used when placing your order.

We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of being placed. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon may not ship until Tuesday, as we currently do not ship on weekends.

If 48 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your tracking information, please check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have ended up there. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us for assistance.

If you see this message, it usually means the parcel hasn’t been scanned yet by the delivery service and hasn’t reached the next location, so the tracking number isn’t “active” yet. Please wait a few hours - your estimated delivery date will appear once the package is scanned at the next facility.

There are two ways to receive free shipping on your order. First, sign up for our subscription (auto-delivery) option to get free shipping plus 10% off all future subscription orders. Second, simply add two or more cases of any product to your cart on our product page - this will automatically qualify your order for free shipping.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any unused products. Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Used items cannot be refunded.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to use the return label included with your shipment.

It can take several business days for a pending authorisation to drop off. Many banks place a temporary hold on credit card purchases, even if the order is cancelled, until the transaction is fully settled. The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a security code used to verify your credit or debit card. On MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, it’s a three-digit number located on the back of the card, usually to the right of the signature strip. On American Express cards, the security code is a four-digit number printed on the front of the card, typically on the right side.

Your subscription frequency determines how often your FITAID products are delivered. To make changes, log into your account by clicking My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site. From there, you can modify your subscription to change the products or delivery frequency, update your shipping address or payment information, pause upcoming deliveries, or cancel your subscription if needed.

PROMO CODES & SEPCIAL OFFERS

We know how frustrating that can be! Here are a few common reasons why a code might not work:
1. If you’ve already used the code on a previous order, it cannot be used again.
2. Some codes require a minimum of one case in your cart to be valid.
