LIFEAID Europe is looking for a social media & customer service intern/part-time employee to help us out! We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, an understanding of the dynamic social media environment, top-notch enthusiasm as well as a good understanding of editing programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Our social media accounts are very important to us. In order for us to reach as many people as possible, our accounts on social media platforms are of great essence. In addition to this, we value each customer equally, and when they reach out to us through social media we want to engage with them and help them to the best of our ability. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our customers and the perceptions they create about LIFEAID will be based off of the language that you use - therefore the experience they have with you needs to be top notch. In order for this to be most effective we need you to be the person who has the ability to always find the right tone of voice and will stay positive.
Your daily tasks will mostly revolve around uploading posts, as well as responding and communicating with followers. Such communication will vary from commenting on posts to responding to direct messages, and more. However, as we work in a close-knit team, you will also provide assistance and support to the rest of our team including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations. This entails that you will not only learn about the operations surrounding social media- and customer service activity, but also about the daily activities of business operations.
- A strong understanding of the social media landscape and its value to our business
- Excellent communication skills in both English and preferrably Dutch. Fluency in any other European language will be an advantage
- Proficiency and creativity in graphic design- and editing programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Impeccable time management skills
- Team Player with high level of collaboration but is also confident in working independently
- Ability to come up with creative content in the right tone of voice for social media posts
- Strong affinity with LIFEAID products, CrossFit and/or other fitness brands is highly desirable
