At 19, he completed the Spartan Death Race and then came back at 20 and did it again! In 2013 he had 2 wins and 5 podium finishes, piling up 12 more so far in 2014. Before starting to race competitively, Isaiah earned numerous honors as a defensive end for his high school football team in Marble Falls, TX. In 2013 he took Spartan Founder Joe DeSena up on a challenge and biked from Austin, TX to Killington, VT and then competed in the Spartan World Championships! Having never gone more than 10 miles on a bike, he completed this challenge averaging over 110 miles a day for 16 days, despite having no support crew or route planned before departing.
When not racing, you can find Isaiah training in the mountains of Colorado Springs or with his brother in Austin, as well as spending time with his family in Marble Falls.
