I love working out. I first started CrossFit when a buddy of mine came to me and said, "Let's do this workout called 3 Bars of Death." I've been hooked on CrossFit ever since! Prior to CrossFit, I played football in college and at the semi-pro level. One of my favorite foods to indulge in at night is donuts.
