Born a fat, awkward Italian comic book nerd from New Jersey. I started wrestling in high school and then continued in college. After college I somehow found myself on the MTV challenge. After winning several challenges I started on my fitness training journey. I became a trainer at equinox. After several years I opened a CrossFit box in New Jersey. 2 years later I sold my shares and now reside at Solace New York. Stop by...don't be shy
HOW I TRAIN
I like to train in cycles:
Strength program (squats/press/deadlifts)
Weightlifting (cleans/jerks/snatch)
Crossfit
And of course anything by Misfit Athletics...
